Our customers can have the facility to change content in their sites as/when they choose. If you don't have the time, we will change text/pics on your behalf FREE OF CHARGE. (Major site changes will be chargeable)

Each customer is treated individually. You will deal with the same Website Consultant throughout the process and you will be treated as an individual, rather than part of a larger process. (NOT faceless people or call centres on the other side of the world.) We are a small, but focused Company with the backing of a major Parent Company.

we speak plain english, not techno-babble! We believe in keeping things clear and straightforward - making the construction and performance of your website as stress-free as possible, and if you ever have a query, we're always available to help.

NO contract!
We do not ask clients to sign a lengthy binding contract. We will confirm, in writing, our services and what we do to help your website with consistantly high service. Any client unhappy with the service, or who feels they can get better elsewhere, are at liberty to cancel our services by providing 30 days notice in writing (please see our terms and conditions for full details)

our prices include training - NO hidden extras!
We will offer you training within the package and will pass on any useful tips to help you get up and running very quickly.
All our clients who have upgraded to a PMG site are amazed what they can do after their initial training. If you can work with a Word Document you will quickly learn how to update your site.

We adhere to recognised industry standards, so we will tell you exactly what we use to build and maintain your site. Where possible we ensure that all our sites validate with W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) which basically means you can be sure that your site will be fully cross-browser compatible - no nasty surprises for Mac users!
