All websites need to be hosted on a server. PMG host their client’s sites on one of the
biggest hosts in the world. PMG sites are backed up every day 7 days a week.
This means that if, in error, a PMG site was deleted or damaged
for any reason the worst case would be that the site could be restored back to
how it was within the last 24 hours.

host site upkeep and maintenance
Every month our Support Team send software through all sites to look for
common errors - for example a corrupted link. In most cases our software
fixes these simple errors to keep your business website working smoothly.
Otherwise if a client discovers an error within the site, simply report
to support@pmgweb.co.uk and we will fix it for you.

continuous e-mail support
Email support@pmgweb.co.uk or contact us with any questions and we
will reply and advise. Always identify yourself with your company name.

pmg office hours support and service
PMG personnel are on-hand locally to assist and advise at any time in
business office hours. You can contact PMG to request site changes or a
reminder how to make changes to your site.

website up-dates
As the Internet changes so do  PMG Web websites. Any changes and up-dates your PMG Web site will automatically be populated into your site.

*back up information
Due to the large amount of data the Backup data is kept for up to a maximum of 2 weeks. PMG Web websites have a back up and restore facility. It is good practice to have a copy of all data added to your site and saved as you use the CMS. See Terms of Business.
