All websites need to be hosted on a server. PMG, through their parent company, Britnett Web Services, host all their client’s sites on one of the biggest hosts in the world called Hostway. Hostway back up all Britnett sites every day 7 days a week. This means that if, in error, a Britnett site was deleted or damaged for any reason the worst case would be that the site could be restored back to how it was within the last 24 hours. Hostway are open 365 days per year 24 hours per day. Other clients who use Hostway are Sony Music, JVC, Coca Cola, McGraw-Hill, Bank of Montreal Tribune Co,Hershey's Food Corp, Campbell Food, Wrigley Jr. Company, Disney, Infinity Broadcasting, Fox News.

Every month Britnett Support Team send software through all sites to look for common errors. For example a
corrupted link. In most cases our software fixes these simple errors to keep your business website working smoothly. Otherwise if a Britnett client discovers an error within the site, simply report to the Support Team through PMG and we will fix it for you.

pmg office hours support and service
PMG personnel are on-hand locally to assist and advise at any time in business office hours. You can contact PMG to request site changes or a reminder how to make changes to your site.

britnett-carver up-dates
As the Internet changes so does Carver. Any changes and up-dates to Carver will automatically be populated into your site.

Due to the large amount of data the Backup data is kept for up to a maximum of 2 weeks. Britnett-Carver sites have a back up and restore facility. It is good practice to have a copy of all data added to your site and saved as you use the CMS. See Terms of Business.
