"Why do I need a Domain Name?"
A Domian Name is the unique web address where visitors can find your site

"Can I have any Domain Name?"
A Domain Name must be available; if your desired name, or one that meets your criteria, is available we can
register for you and set up accordingly. The purchase of one '.CO.UK' Domain Name is included in Website Costing.

"Who owns the Domain Name?"
The Client will. PMG will purchase & carry out the registration on the client's behalf.

"How long will it take for my Website to be completed?"
The timescale of a project is generally dictated by the client. The delays we come across are generally
due to us waiting on content information from the client. If you have a deadline we will make
every effort to meet it for you (haven't let anyone down yet!)

"What kind of after-sales service will we get?" 
The very best. Should you have any issues, queries or problems we will be available to help at all
times and will reply promptly.

"What length of Contract would I have to commit to?"
You wouldn't - we NEVER ask for a contract. Good service ensures a happy customer, and a
happy customer will stay. All we ask is that hosting is paid monthly, by Standing Order. If you are
dissatisfied with our service this can be cancelled, at any stage, by providing one month's notice.

"I already have a Website which needs updating, can you help?"
Certainly. We would be happy to look at your site and offer a proposal for your consideration.

"Do you redesign Websites?"
Yes we do. We can redesign retaining your company corporate style or we can redesign to give
you a completely new image and help you take advantage of the latest web technologies.

"Will my Website be 'Search Engine' friendly?"
Yes, all our websites are designed and constructed in compliance with search engine guidelines. Please note that this does not guarantee your site appearing on the coveted 'page one' of search Engine results. This requires your website to be backed up with targeted SEO, which requires investment of time/management and incurs an ongoing monthly fee) see our be found page.

"I run a small/medium size business and want an online presence to promote my business in a professional manner to new customers and to provide a more professional image to existing customers. What do I need to achieve this?"
You need a professionally designed and constructed website, domain name set up, hosting provided and proper site management. We can offer all of this - and more - and would happily discuss in greater detail with you, every customer is unique! Contact PMG.

"What about any 'hidden costs' or extra charges?"
There aren't any. You will be quoted a price which, unless further features or elements are added to after this by you, will be a 'one-off cost' and honoured. The only ongoing cost will be monthly hosting, service & maintenance fee which is standard. 

"Can I have an area of my website reserved for customers only?"
Yes, we can provide a password protected area for you.

"Who owns the Copyright?"
The client. When the site is approved by the client and we upload it to the Internet full copyright is given over to the client. We retain no claim on any part of the website or its content.

"How would I update my Website?
When the completed website is handed over to you we will give you some Training  specific to you/your site to enable you to edit and add to the website at your convenience. We would also be available going forward to make text/image edits for you FOC (major changes would be chargeable)

"What if I'm not an expert with computers?"
It's not essential to have in-depth knowledge - if you can draft an e-mail, or write a Word document, you will be able to use the software to manage your website. And we are always available to support you.

"Can I get e-mail with my Website?"
Absolutely. It helps by having professional site-associated e-mails eg: info@yourwebsite.co.uk, sales@, enquiries@ etc. We can attend to all the necessary settings for you.

"I have Hotmail/Yahoo/etc. email address - can I use this for my website?"
Yes, we can have emails directed to email address of your choosing

"Can I see how many visitors my Website gets?"
Yes. We provide you with detailed site visitors information. We can also provide a highly detailed StatCounter service specific to your site.

"What will a Website cost me?"
We don't have 'off the shelf' prices as no two websites are the same. "Do you display 'banners' or 'pop-up ads' on my Website?"
Absolutely not!

"What is Hosting, and what do I get?
All websites require hosting, its a bit like telephone line rental in your home, or road tax for your car - a necessary evil! This is where your website is stored on the Internet.
